<br /><strong>Update at Wed, Mar 03 2010 11:28 am</strong><br /><br />During this time we will be performing updates to all Plesk servers in the alpha, fruit & soho clusters.<br />
One of the final steps of these updates may require a system reboot. As a result of this, customers may experience several minutes of downtime during this period.<br />
<br />
For customers utilising our backup mail servers (mx1-1.irv1.aussiehq.net.au & mx1-2.irv1.aussiehq.net.au OR backupmx.alpha.aussiehq.net.au & backupmx2.alpha.aussiehq.net.au), any emails sent to customers during this period will be stored on the backup servers and delivered to individual mailboxes once the server reboot is complete.<br />
<br />
We expect the downtime for each server to not exceed 15 minutes.<br />

<br /><strong>Update at Fri, Feb 26 2010 10:50 am</strong><br /><br />During this time we will be performing major upgrades on our Sydney POP.<br />
<br />
This upgrade involves replacing the Sydney network core with new Cisco routers to increase capacity to cope with future growth, and improve network resiliency.<br />
<br />
While we will aim to minimise impact to customers, some customers in Sydney may experience service disruption for between 30-60 minutes.<br />
<br />
PIPE NSW connectivity will also be unavailable to customers in both Canberra and Sydney.  No further impact is expected.<br /><br /> ------<br />]]></description>

<br />
This device will be reloaded during this time. Customers may experience a brief period of packet loss as traffic automatically switches over to redundant paths.<br />
<br />
Wholesale IP customers who do not have redundant services and are connected to cor1.cbr1 will experience traffic flow disruptions for approximately 5-10 minutes while the device reloads.
