| We are currently experiencing an issue with network traffic between our Canberra and Sydney Datacentres. The impact on services is currently minimal. Our Network Engineers are working on this issue. More information will be provided as updates become available. |

| The fault has been identified as an issue with our link provider. The matter has been raised with them and they are currently investigating. |
