When signing in you will need to change your username to the full email address in your email application such as Outlook or Mac Mail. Currently you should have the setting as follows: Email address - info@example.com User ID - info Password - ****** You will need to change it to the following: Email address - info@example.com User ID - info@example.com Password - ****** |
