During this time we will be performing updates to all Plesk servers in the alpha, fruit & soho clusters. One of the final steps of these updates may require a system reboot. As a result of this, customers may experience several minutes of downtime during this period. For customers utilising our backup mail servers (mx1-1.irv1.aussiehq.net.au & mx1-2.irv1.aussiehq.net.au OR backupmx.alpha.aussiehq.net.au & backupmx2.alpha.aussiehq.net.au), any emails sent to customers during this period will be stored on the backup servers and delivered to individual mailboxes once the server reboot is complete. We expect the downtime for each server to not exceed 15 minutes. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.
