During this time engineers will be upgrading software on bdr1.cbr1, a border router in Canberra. This router will be reloaded during this time. Approximately 50% of all customers with primary services in Canberra will experience packet loss for up to 1 minute as traffic automatically switches over to redundant paths. Wholesale IP customers who do not have redundant services and are routed via bdr1.cbr1 will experience traffic flow disruptions for approximately 5-10 minutes while the router reloads. No further impact is expected.
