AussieHQ has identified a number of technical and security issues with "endeavour.domain-host.com.au", to the point that the remaining work required to bring this server in to line with our secure operating environment is no longer feasible.

The migration is scheduled to commence on Wednesday, 28th October 2009 and we estimate the process will take approximately 24 hours. The new server details are as follows:

Server Hostname - au001lcs07.syd.the-server.com.au
Server IP - 113.20.9.89
Primary Nameserver Hostname - ns1-001.name-server.com.au
Primary Nameserver IP - 113.20.8.25
Secondary Nameserver Hostname - ns2-001.name-server.com.au
Secondary Nameserver IP - 67.23.33.130

The nameservers: ns1.domain-host.com.au & ns2.domain-host.com.au will be redirected to the new AussieHQ cPanel clustered nameservers (as above) at the commencement of the migration.
As a result of this, customers using the ns1.domain-host.com.au & ns2.domain-host.com.au nameservers will not need to re-delegate their nameservers immediately, however we advise all customers using the ns1.domain-host.com.au & ns2.domain-host.com.au nameservers to change to the ns1-001.name-server.com.au & ns2-001.name-server.com.au once the migration has commenced.

At the commencement and completion of this process, and if any unexpected problems arise, a message will be posted on this service status advisory with information related to the migration.

Detailed information regarding this migration has been emailed to all customers affected by these migrations. If you have not received this email please contact our service desk on 1300 889 461.

If you are unsure whether you are using DomainDotHost nameservers, or have any specific concerns about how the migration may affect you, please email support@aussiehq.com.au and we will assist you.

All domains have been transferred to the new server. IP Proxying will remain active until the updated DNS zones have propagated.
