Customers who have utilised the free DNS management and URL forwarding through our billing system for gTLDs (.com, .net, .org, etc) may currently be unable to view previously created records.

Rest assured that the records have not been deleted, and the issue is merely cosmetic.

We are working to resolve the issue and will have a solution as soon as possible. In the interim, any customers who are experiencing this issue and who require changes to be made are advised to contact our customer service team.
