We are currently experiencing issues with our telephone system, and as a result some customers may be receiving silence when on hold (instead of music).
We are investigating and will post updates shortly. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.

Upon further investigation, the device providing music to the telephone system has failed.
Customers will still hear messages while waiting in a queue, but there will be silence in between messages.
We will be replacing the component today and expect resolution by 5pm.
